All subsequent growth was funded through operating cash flow. 2. Provided leadership across all aspects of the business as we evolved from a “back of the napkin” idea to a multi-million dollar, profitable enterprise that enjoyed 60% compound annual growth since inception. 3. Developed turnkey, process-oriented programs that included algorithm-based analytics, member outreach and engagement, in-home care delivery and diagnostic testing, and provider engagement and education related to patient outcomes. 4. Continually demonstrated a clinically relevant and unique care model that generated an average of 4:1 return on investment for our clients. 5. Facilitated the 2014 sale of Educerus to PopHealthCare, including the development of our offering materials, negotiating the LOI and purchase agreement, and completing all transaction due diligence. The resulting sale of Educerus generated a 2.5X return on behalf of my investors.
