• This encompassed managing a team of 3 direct reports, an outsourced team of 20, a $10 million budget, defining the strategic road-map and reporting to the CIO for Procurement in Corporate Functions.

• This entailed day to day management for a group of outsourced suppliers in the UK, Switzerland, Germany & India, a $5 million budget and reporting to the European IT Director for dealer financing systems.

• Reporting directly to the CIO I worked on a variety of niche assignments in support of the companies 2 year project to restructure, transform & outsource their IT Services.
• During my 9 months I was responsible for delivering a new cloud based call centre solution, managing an outsourcing deal between Capgemini & Perot Systems and implementing a global voice & data contract.

• Based in India I was responsible for running a team of 2 direct reports and 20 developers delivering bespoke e-learning solutions to US/UK companies.
• Highlights included the development and management of the UK largest on-line secondary school’s exam revision website, Samlearning.co.uk.

• Founding Partner of a new media consultancy firm based in London which provides web-based software development services to the automotive sector.
• During my tenure at PH3, as managing director, I successfully raised £250,000 in capital funding from Angel Investors and delivered the internet’s first on-line service and repair booking website for Ford of Europe.
