In my role as an Endpoint Support Specialist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, I provide extensive support for desktops, laptops, and printers. My responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, deploying and configuring endpoints, and maintaining printers and ensure sufficient inventory for the printers serviced by my department. I collaborate with IT units and the Service Desk to deliver timely tier-2 support and adhere to established security practices.In addition to technical support, I emphasize excellent customer service and continuous improvement. I utilize Business Relationship Management practices to understand and represent customer needs, surface improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions. I also serve as a subject matter expert, advising and training customers and technical staff, and maintaining technical documentation.

Working with a dynamic and diverse team, alongside full-time employees, to provide first-class support and solve technological problems. Day-to-day involves helping students, staff, and faculty from across the UA system diagnose and troubleshoot technology issues.

I have been a full time summer employee for Petro Marine since 2016. Through this summer job I have personally sold thousands of gallons of fuel, and have gained a lot of customer service experience.
