I worked on Data Analysis for the MINOS (Main Injector Neutrino Oscillation Search) project in the Physics department at the University of Minnesota. This involved learning a new programing language strictly used for particle physics, and analyzing eight years of Cosmic Ray data given from the MINOS detector. Most of the data analysis was statistical in nature, comparing positions of cosmic rays events to the sun and moon to check for a cosmic ray shadow.
