Strategy Development and Implementation: As a strategy analyst, worked closely with the CEO and Board Members to develop AHCL’s ‘Short-to-Medium’ and ‘Long Term’ Corporate strategies and related operational strategies to drive revenue and improve productivity. Commercial Foreign Currency Loan Operating Model: As an Operational Strategy Consultant, assisted an offshore bank to build its capability to participate in commercial foreign currency deposit taking and lending. The role specifically involved assessing the external market and internal organisational capability, designing the related Operating Model, and gaining approval for a programme of work to enable foreign currency lending.

Business Merger Integration: Project Managed the integration of an affiliate business into Freehills within tight timeframes. This involved substantial consensus building to align strong independent partners to common goals in terms of supporting organisational structure, job roles, processes and systems. In addition, a significant component of the job was to identify and manage the required organisational cultural change.
