Notably, he has trained over 1 lac students in last 13 years leaving an indelible mark as a Mathematics faculty with many of the students studying in the premier institutions like IIT’s/NIT’s/IIIT’s and other engineering colleges.With an extensive background in teaching, corporate training, counselling, mentoring, and career guidance, Prof. Jha's influence has extended beyond traditional academic boundaries. He is a recognized JEE/NEET expert, having conducted more than 1000 seminars across India, earning accolades as an educationist and motivational speaker.Presently associated with the NESMAP as a director in generative AI domain, Prof. Jha has also played pivotal roles in renowned institutions such as India today group, ByteDance India, Advance Placement Tutors (USA), Aakash Institute, Avanti Learning Centres, Engineers Career Group (Nerul), Hridaan Engineering Classes (Thane), Keerti Tutorials, Dronacharaya Institute for Engineers, Edumentors Group, and Real Academy Group in Mumbai.
