In this role, I act as a sounding board between employees at The Trust. Navigating relationships and offering a temperature check at The Trust. This is a colleague support role in which I offer 1:1’s, collective drop-ins, host meetings and attend meetings with a range of employees at The Trust.

I encourage all delivery partners to undertake one of the qualifications, not just do the programme as a stand alone, as many of these young people targeted will not be getting GCSE's or A Levels. - Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with many external stakeholders such as Head teachers, curriculum leads, careers leads, exams officers. - Responsible for data inputting on our CRM system and undertaking quality assurance reviews annually, due diligence checks and outcomes surveys for young people.- Responsible for organising world of work and enrichment trips - this year I have organised trips with American Airlines, Hymans Robertson, ASOS and Kyndryl. - Responsible for editing, signing and complying with legally binding contracts with delivery partners.- Responsible for running training sessions for delivery partners in order to deliver the programme and I run moderation events for internal moderation ready for work to be externally moderated.- Responsible for going on visits to the centres to run "Welcome Sessions" (including teamwork activities with young people, introducing them to soft skills and enabling them to reflect on their own personal growth) as well as attending other events with my delivery partners that the staff or young people wish me to.
