I support teams with scheduling and facilitating Scrum events/ ceremonies and other meetings associated with the scrum teams as well as stakeholders, assist the developers and product owner to maintain the prioritized product backlog and prepare the sprint backlog, plan upcoming releases and assist the team in drafting the acceptance criteria and test plans. I also ensure that User Stories are correctly defined before they are estimated by the team during the product backlog refinement sessions.In addition, I support the team with ensuring transparency of the product and sprint backlogs, and effectively managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), depicting the team's overall progress tracking and productivity, guarding against over commitments leading to interrupted sprints,I facilitated the creation of trust-based environment, enhancing their focus on delivery and enabling continuous improvement of valuable products, while shielding developers from external interruption which could affect their productivity and efficiency, by facilitating the identification and removal of impediments, exploring and managing dependencies between the project teams and third parties, serving as focal point between the Product Owner and Project Management. Finally, I liaise with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement towards achieving their goals.

I coached, mentored and supported teams to be self-organizing and performing, with a view to achieving sprint goals, facilitating the various Scrum events, removing impediments, ensuring that the underlying values and principles of Scrum were respected, and results are visible using Key Peroformance Indicators (KPIs).
