As a Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for different IT roles, using various sourcing and screening methods.I use niche platforms, such as LinkedIn and RPS, to identify and attract passive candidates, and craft personalized emails to engage them. I also prepare and analyze questionnaires to assess the candidates' skills and abilities, and coordinate with the IT team leaders to align the hiring needs and goals with the department's vision and strategy. I have successfully hired multiple candidates for various IT positions, such as cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and cybersecurity analysts, within the required time frame and budget.I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Aadhya group of institutions, with a focus on marketing management. I am passionate about learning new things and applying them to real-world scenarios. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in marketing research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing, which I use to enhance my recruiting strategies and techniques.I am also interested in history, music, and writing, and I enjoy spending time with my dog. My job involves working with people, and I value collaboration, communication, and diversity.
