- Responsible for chartering and fixtures of OSVs in Africa.- Responsible for the P&L between 40 and 50 mil USD.- Involved in contract management and commercial negotiations.- Involved in tender management & financial analysis and modelling.- Manage contractual risks and liabilities- Build and maintain client relationships.- Involved in strategic business plans to increase fleet size.

- Manage all relevant tasks in commercial sales and bid management areas of Marine vessel chartering and small/medium size engineering projects in Angola.- PIC between IOC's & NOC and suppliers- Analyze contract and financial conditions (either from Client, consortium partner or major subcontractor)- Preparation and presentation of bids to BOD, in line with our internal management approval process- Lead and participate in the negotiation of contractual and commercial T&C between both sub-contractor and end client with applicable guidelines in coordination with relevant departments (contracts, finance, HSE, tax, insurance) etc- Involved in the overall lifecycle of marine charter projects from the stage of ITT, bid submission, award, kick-off, mobilization and finally demobilization.
