I am a purpose-driven leader with experience in program and change management, advising leadership and delivering programs for corporations, foundations, and social enterprises, leading to impactful transformations that drive sustainable growth aligned to purpose and strategy. At my core, I am a change agent and social impact advocate. I am at my best when developing trusting partnerships and impactful programs. I chose change management as a specialty to be a bridge between business practices and environmental and social responsibility. I believe business efforts at scale make real long-term impact, but sustainable transformation is not easy.As an organizational effectiveness expert, I have developed extensive experience optimizing organizational operations, building capacity, and designing and enhancing programs. I have worked to create social impact across various industries (healthcare, CPG, PR, IT) leading complex, large-scale transformations for international organizations. As a convener and program director, I have a track record for using resources creatively, cultivating engagement, and building insightful content to make an experience unforgettable. I am a veteran facilitator and speaker and am extremely conscious of the stakeholder experience. I am a forever student of purpose—how it is defined, developed and provides direction for individuals and organizations—and am particularly proud of my research “The Power of Purpose: How Organizations are Making Work More Meaningful.” I find meaning in empowering people and organizations as forces for good.As a culture-creator, I understand the power of collaboration in building environments where people can belong and thrive. I value and practice “radical candor,” generating thought-provoking discussion that encourages team openness and cohesion. I care personally and challenge respectfully. I am motivated by big challenges and big impact. Passionate about the impact of business on social change. Driven by developing resilience in myself and others. Fascinated by the intersection of people, process and technology. And value creativity, collaboration and authenticity.Areas of Expertise:
