Akaash is currently working as Senior Finance Manager for Vicks plant in Ahmedabad .Prior to this role Akaash worked as Distributor Team Logistics Leader (DTLL) South ( KA , KL & TN ) and North ( Haryana , Punjab , Jammu and Kashmir ) at P&G where he was the Service Improvement Leader for General Trade , Modern Retail & E-commerce and owned end to end logistics cost and lead the Cost & Cash productivity.Previously he has worked for Asian Paints in the Demand Planning Function where he was responsible for demand planning & fulfillment for the construction chemicals business. In addition to it he was also driving the new product launches for the function.He did his Summer Internship with Asian Paints where he worked with the RM Procurement function in designing an IT framework for the purchase team to effectively manage vendor interactions and was awarded with a PPO for his efforts.★ Prior to his MBA, he has been in the Indian Army (Officer Cadet) for close to 5 years and gets his leaderships style from his academy days.★ He is recipient of the prestigious Commandants Bronze Medal at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun for standing 3rd overall & is also the bronze torch holder for academic excellence.★ An avid reader, runner and a music aficionado ; lawn tennis happens to be the love of his life!
