In my role as a Bim Konstrukteur, i examined Architectural Plans and MEP recess openings for the creation of Structural Formwork Construction Documentation according to German 5th Phase in construction (LPH5). Communication with other planning teams was also critical in this execution planning Phase.

As a Revit BIM Modeller I take over the execution planning design from Architect and develop it further into a robust Model in Revit. With a modeling guideline, I create the 3D model and transfer the Model through IFC to a cost estimation application thereby achieving the 5th Dimension in construction. It is in our mandate to create the 3D Model in accordance to the German (LPH3) and (LPH5) phases respectively (design planning and execution planning phases).
