For the last several years I have been working on a project to bring the promise of cloud computing to the channel. MSPs, VARs and IT professionals who service the SMB space need to have a solution that will help them grow, not destroy them!My passion begun as an MSP when I heard that technology was getting to a place where we wouldn’t need to have huge cap-x in order to bring great solutions to my SMB clients. However, very quickly I realized that most solutions in that market weren’t made for my business model, so I launched FailProof Technology Inc.I have been working with many great partners and technologies until we were was able to architect a great foundation to this passion, FailProof-Cloud and now we are seeking partners who are seeking to transition into cloud services as well.We’re a full service cloud solutions provider that specializes in helping VARs/MSPs seamlessly transition to becoming cloud service providers. We do this by providing access to our FailProof-Cloud IaaS and our FailProof Ecosystem (technology partnerships, apps catalogue, sys admin services and more) along with any service to assist through the transition to becoming a cloud service provider.In short we help MSPs, VARs and IT Professionals, increase revenue, increase customer retention and satisfaction while reducing costs and complexity for their own businesses and their clients.

Building a cloud is both an art and a science (obviously). To meet our business objectives, to bring cost-effective solutions to the SMB channel and help our MSPs, VARs and IT Professionals develop their cloud services business. We needed an IaaS foundation that had good performance, was reliable, secure, and scalable both in performance and size but also to geographic regions our partners required.However, all the metrics in the world would have been meaningless if the cost to build it was prohibitive. We would either not been able to build it, this can happen to many enterprises, which have to pull the plug on a project after putting a lot of $$$$ into a dark cloud. Moreover, we would take massive risks on up front cost, even the smallest community/public clouds start in the $500K range, which would mean high costs to our partners and limited our offering to 'larger' IT businesses.So, I interviewed many partners, vendors, and tested several platforms. I selected the best technology pieces and worked with our partners to put them all together. At the end we had created what, at the beginning, we didn't know was possible and FailProof-Cloud was born. Now we can work with any size of partner that requires any scale of solution. We just need to share our vision and passion to make it happen.
