- Support in planning and preparing annual manpower acquisition plan and budget for the territory- Monitor and support in achievement of the recruitment targets for the territory as per the approved manpower budget- Ensure effective utilization of the local recruitment quota (Saudization target)- Coordination of shortlisting, scheduling, interview, selection, negotiation and offer acceptance- Support the learning and development in the training needs analysis for the territory- Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related files and records- Help managers and monitor the human resources information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and used effectively for the benefit of organization Support in objective administration of the erformance appraisal process and accuracy in edback collationEnable management of employee requests on an ongoing basis. These may include but not limited to vacation request, transfer, employee certificates etcManaging and monitoring the employeeseparation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization, like exit interviews final settlement- Support in tracking of performance and present reports on a regular basis to the management -All day to day functions like (attendance, leaves,EOS, medical insurance, make sure about the employees files) the employees requirements daily

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.-Conducting workforce planning and employment, implementing the orgnization's recruiting strategy.- Conducting training sessions, Administering on-the-job training programs, Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.- Analyzing job duties, Writing job descriptions, Performing job evaluations and job analyses.- Managing all personnel operations like attendance, leaves, forms and preparing files.Microsoft Office

Compliance Management:• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, andSaudization requirements.• Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations andensure HR practices align with legal requirements.Payroll Administration:• Oversee payroll processes, including timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deductions asper Saudi labor laws.Saudization:• Implement and manage Saudization initiatives to meetgovernment-mandated quotas.• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure compliancewith Saudization requirements in hiring processes.Training and Development:• Identify training needs across the organization and developtraining programs to address those needs.• Coordinate and conduct training sessions on topics such ascompliance, safety, leadership, and technical skills.• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendationsfor improvements.Employee Relations:• Acting as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, facilitating resolution in line with companypolicies and local laws.• Advise employees and managers regarding HR policies,procedures, and benefits.• Address employee grievances and conduct investigations asnecessary, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.• Promote a positive work environment and employeeengagement initiatives.HR Administration:• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases,ensuring data integrity and confidentiality• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-makingprocesses.Policy Development:• Applying group-wide HR policies tailored to local needs andensuring they comply with KSA regulations.
