• Responsible for conducting CyberArk solution discussion with application owners, designing privilege access workflow for end users while securing their access with 2FA in CyberArk login interface. Integrated CyberArk weblogin (PVWA) with SAML authentication system along with RADIUS and CyberArk local login capabilities. Salesforce plugins for CyberArk via developing custom CPM plugin for password management.• Updated CyberArk web access from legacy (Radius authentication) to SSO (Shibboleth) for secure login • Developed multiple webs based as well as API based CPM custom plugins to support privileged access password management, major ones are Salesforce plugin, Google Apps plugin, Team works etc. • Integrated CyberArk with org.’s SIEM solution and define the most crucial monitoring and alerting use cases. Parsed syslog’s to org SIEM solution. • Integrate IAM systems with in-house applications, 3rd party & SaaS applications for lifecycle management, provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources.• Develop metrics and dashboards to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and reports.• Design, develop, support, and manage integrations to internal and external systems as required.• Setting up Okta authentication for MFA & onboard applications.• Identity management experience across the following areas: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, and process integration.• Experience of IAM Solution Saviynt integration with applications for joiner/mover/leaver processes, setup technical rules, user update rules.• Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors, user access issues, password management.
