 Performs sampling and microbiological analysis on product samples in accordance to standard sampling plans and procedures, and record abnormality if there is any. Analyzing customers’ complaint and proposing corrective and preventive action. Manage pest control service team for their effective service. Monitored the production staff to wear company appropriate uniform. Validated compliance and alert head quality control of any deviations from the specifications. Temperature checks, ingredient usage and distribution, finished product appearance. Record data daily and check standard specifications during productions Check concentration of chemicals and sanitizer in the productions. Evaluate finished products by sensory and physical analysis Inspect and evaluate raw materials and packaging material Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Utilize HACCP philosophy and procedures in everyday work routine.
