Akanksha is a student at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi- pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science. Being deeply interested in all things gender and policy, she has worked with organisations like I-PAC, Aam Aadmi Party, and the/Nudge Institute in her strife to create impact. She has also worked with the Global Governance Initiative, South Asia's number 1 soft skills platform, as a Student Consultant with The Bridge Project, a pro-bono consulting group, and is currently working as a Junior Consultant with Brainworks Consulting.She is the founder-chairperson of Project Cornelia, which empowers and educates women about their rights. Having been associated with various NGOs, she has had a taste of the ground reality that persists in society. In the long term, she envisions herself working towards creating an impact in society through education.Her interests range from debates, discussions to writing and drawing. She also runs a blog, and her works have been published in 6 anthologies. In her free time, you'll find her doodling or standing behind the mic for a spoken poetry.
