I am the Founder of To Whom It May Concern, an India based legal talent management firm. I have over 10 years of experience in the recruitment, training and consulting space. I graduated from NALSAR in 2008 and found my calling in legal talent management space. I joined Rainmaker (legal executive search firm) in 2009 and continued at Vahura until 2014. With this experience, I joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (erstwhile AMSS) and help structure and manage their pan-India talent practice. ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is my next step to bring together my years of experience in the legal talent space to provide services drawing from ideas and best practices that have evolved over these years.To Whom It May Concern is here to:1. At Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, I helped structure and manage the firm’s pan-India talent management practice. My role included lateral recruitment across all practices and levels, managing campus hiring, firm’s engagement with law schools and internship and pre-placement processes.

At Vahura and Rainmaker, apart than hiring talent for law firms and corporate houses and working on prospective firm mergers, I was also a key member of the on-campus training team and involved in business development (BD) initiatives across all the verticals of Vahura.
