I am founder and training director of Vibgyor Emotional Wellness Therapy and Education Centre Pvt LMT . We started as COVID relief work. Being from different fields of psychology, we decided to help individuals and society to combat their mental health problems that was on an exponential rise, through counselling and therapies. VEW also started training people to be equipped with tools and therapies so that they could help themselves and those around them to be in a positive state of mind during the testing times of COVID. We have extended our support to the parents and children to deal with the uncertainties that was clouding their minds. In addition to that they helped people with nutrition psychology to keep them going.At VEW, we are passionate about helping individuals improve their mental and physical well-being through evidence-based practices in psychology and nutrition. Our team of experts has over 10 years of experience in the fields of psychology, nutrition, and positive parenting, and we bring that expertise to everything we do.Our promoters have dedicated their careers to understanding the complex interplay between mental health, physical health, and nutrition.
