I am an ambitious and confident architect and urban planner. I have more than three years of experience in the urban development sector. I was previously associated with Growever Infra Private Limited, Delhi as an Urban Planner and Infrastructure Expert in two Smart Cities-Aizawl and Kohima. In addition to this, I have worked as an Urban Planner in preparing local area plans and Town Planning schemes for Dehradun and Elevated Corridor Design at Port Blair. I was also associated in Business Development for various bidding processes. Prior to that, I worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Urban Planning at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. I have co-authored research publications in the IIPA journal on social disparities in infrastructure distribution named ‘Unequal in Sugarland- A case study of Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh’ and in NCHF Bulletin on ‘Municipal solid waste management in Delhi NCR’. I plan to work in the areas of smart urban governance, social equity, and its' implementation. I am an alumna of the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. I hold a degree in Masters of Planning with a specialisation in Regional Planning. With ISCFP, being in the third year of industry experience, I got the opportunity to work with the government and get an alternate perspective on development sector. I look forward to enhance my knowledge of sustainable development in urban India.
