CurrentStrategic Responsibilities:• Leading the APAC Regional Creative team, overseeing strategic capability development, resource planning, and management.• Managing global stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.• Ensuring brand compliance across communication design, presentations, and videos.• Successful setup of Capabilities and Initiatives like setting up Communications design and editorial capabilities in the APAC hub.• Leading change management initiatives to ensure organizational adaptability – Setting up key priorities, departmental goals and KPIs in alignment with overall business strategy.• Implementing strategic recruitment strategies to identify and engage candidates with the right skills and experience that aligns with the organization's long-term goals and culture.• Leading office-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Women@Bain programs to foster an inclusive workplace.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its goals.Functional Responsibilities:• Learning & Development of the team a) Skillset mapping and analysis SWOT, Skill Will Matrix, GAP analysis, Shape Talent analysis b) Identifying training requirement c) Established and implemented a comprehensive trainer and trainee program and planner to enhance employee skills and performance. d) Leading Internal Cultural Committee – a team that works for internal fun activities, to make the workplace the best place to work.• Mentoring, coaching, and professional development, and annual appraisals • Upscaling and implementation of Generative AI in the day-to-day functionality of the team• Planning timelines, Prioritization matrix, and managing feedback/escalation• Handling budgeting, project billings, and managing dashboards for effective project oversight.• Creative directions and quality spot checks
