Catalyst Fund is an inclusive fintech accelerator that supports innovative startups building affordable, accessible and appropriate solutions to reach the world's 3 billion underserved, while accelerating innovation ecosystems across emerging markets. Our key focus regions are Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, India, and Mexico.I work with marketing, communications, and media team of Catalyst Fund. I advise our startups on their marketing and growth hacking strategies during the acceleration process. I lead the SEO strategy for the project and also work on raising awareness about Catalyst Fund's own mission and our portfolio, contributing to our learning agenda in an effort to disseminate insights gleaned from our work in the field.

Smile Foundation is a national level development organisation working for children & youth, their families and communities. The foundation is operational in 26 states across India.I led the marketing and creative strategy for Smile Foundation. Also wrote copy for the organization’s evaluation reports, impact reports, and other fundraising collateral. Managed and re-designed Smile’s website and micro-sites. Spearheaded online fundraising and marketing campaigns for the NGO's livelihood programs. Drafted the content and media strategy for the NGO, along with a five-year roadmap based on online targets and conversions. Brainstormed key marketing initiatives to engage influencers and stakeholder audiences, both online and offline. Trained and mentored three summer interns on marketing for a cause.

Managed the NGO's external events and resource mobilization efforts to fundraise for the organization’s welfare initiatives. Achieved 120% fundraising target before the end of the financial year. Spearheaded donor nurturing and donor engagement relations through local events. Liaised with other resource mobilization teams as the main POC. Managed the biggest youth festival of the country for two consecutive years for Smile Foundation.

The National Service Scheme is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. I worked as the NGO head which involved coordinating the exchange of volunteers for the NGOs. I invited non-profits for career development and cause-related sessions. I organized and managed all NSS-related events and led a team of over 200 volunteers spanning across 50 non-profit organizations.

Worked with AAW as the Campus Ambassador to promote the brand name in terms of their reach and visibility. This was achieved in multiple ways. Some of them were by holding sessions with other college students about the work they were doing; by sharing their Facebook page links through messages, and other means of circulations.

Facilitated the global student exchange program under XPC at AIESEC, Delhi IIT.

As a summer associate, interned at Interglobe Enterprises, the parent company of IndiGo Airlines. Worked with the marketing communications team. Created content for various company events, particularly the company’s CSR initiatives. Led the strategy for the creative design and direction of the company's newsletter. Created original copy for the company’s collateral and content for the company’s blog.

Worked as a content writer at Study India. Being a startup, I worked on the content material with the Study India team and created content on multiple themes and subjects. They ranged from book reviews to diverse blog posts.

Assisted the HR Administrator with payroll and mastered the software. Point person for employee database creation using MS Excel and gaining valuable knowledge about functions, formulas and lookups.
