- I am responsible for end to end Recruitment life cycle, IT & Non IT skill set.- Expert in Niche, CXO, Development hiring according to plan and dependency. - Expertise in end to end requitement cycle along with corporate HR responsibilities like; Onboarding, Exit formality, Documentation, Part of Induction process, Employee Engagement etc.- According to Product requirement we create a JD where we analyses the Skill set, Experience, Budget, Qualification, Mapping Industry from where we want to hire and then Create a good resource pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:➢ Worked as a Non IT/ IT recruiter both, proficiency in recruitment life cycle screening candidates, follow up, on boarding process.➢ Worked on end to end recruitment process for junior, mid-level and senior position.➢ Sourcing/Screening, short listing profiles, scheduling and coordinate in the interview process.➢ Following up with candidates till on boarding.➢ Identify Potential candidates through various sources like internal database, Linked In, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Quikr, Indeed, Hirist, IIM jobs, Updazz, Timesjob) Mass Mailing, Referencing, Social Networking etc.➢ Conducts initial interviews by phone/ in person to determine experience and skill level.➢ Negotiating salaries with candidates and close the position.➢ Handling permanent and contractual positions for Insurance, Hospitality, Healthcare, IT, Financial, Manufacturing and E Commerce industries.- Recruit for internal hiring.
