• Mostly hire for C2H position, also involve in permanent hiring.• Responsible for the full life cycle and hands-on experience in IT recruitment.• Understanding the job description including the package bandwidth.• Analyzing the requirements.• Sourcing the profiles according to the requirement from the job portals.• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)• Screening the profiles and talking to the candidates regarding the technical aspects, about their projects and will ask the candidates some technical questions.• Ensure that details of all candidates are documented in an organized manner for easy access.• Prepare the daily and monthly tracker to follow up the candidates and their field of interest along with the Information sheet and availability list (Selection, Joining, Recruitment tracker, submission report).• Demonstrated ability in achieving Recruitment targets and daily submittals.• Maintaining employee relationship.
