Key Responsibilities:- Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.- Train and mentor staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company.- Coordinate with other teams like the service center team (Finance, Warehouse, Import/Export, Logistic, Safety and IT) in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation.- Allocate resources to various department; all aimed at producing results.- Perform day-to-day tasks, such as lead and manage team to help them prepare, plan and execute daily work, or Lead problem solving and work closely with Purchasing Manager and suppliers as needed.- Create a safe and productive work environment for production teams.- Set clear expectations for the team overall and each individual team member.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive progress of FLC project (Finishing Line Compact) to reach the objectives and applied appropriated standards- Coordinate internal resources and external resources for the flawless execution of projects- Perform a self-diagnostic and establish a progress action plan- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Report and escalate issues to management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage weekly time and action charts to ensure accuracy and timeliness and trouble shoot delivery concerns and issues that arise- Monitor product standards and implement enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.- Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality with cost effective- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement- Implements production systems to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth- Provide efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management- Be responsible for the identification and implementation of process and plant optimization and improvements projects to improve yield, process robustness, quality right first time and safety

Key Responsibilities:- Directing, organizing, staffing and controlling the quality, production, administrative and local sales associated with manufacturing site.- Planning and creation of annual budget with periodic corporate reviews.- Expedite or otherwise ensure that all resources are available as needed to support production fluctuations.- Guarantee the good maintenance of the industrial equipment and tooling to ensure the durability and the performance, in link with the Industrial Support Direction- Ensures that the site is operating within all state and local safety and environmental regulations and constraints.- Propose the budget capital (tangible investments / resources: human, material, economic).- Ensures that the site is operating within the financial boundaries set forth in the site budget.- Submit opportunities for improvement to the highest management level necessary to obtain reasonable responses and satisfactory results.- Organize and provide the means for continuous improvement in all phases or aspects of the business at the site level or at the corporate level as required.- Optimize the use of the production means and develop synergies between the other plants- Assist in training new personnel to perform duties for which they are qualified to perform.- Support the sales team in the relationship with the customers.- Participate in the development of the business with the customers

1 Ensures the effectiveness of the activities of the site - management and alignment of site activities to group targets & indicators; 2 Prepares the reporting of the team indicators as directed by the group on a regular basis and ensures analysis are done and corrective actions are in place to ensure targets are satisfied; 3 Ensures the continual development of the human resource aspect of the team in line with the group direction; 4 Ensures the effective implementation of the group core values all thought the activities of the team; 5 Authorized to stop production processes upon existence of a non-conforming or suspected process or product in close coordination with Site Quality management; 6 Authorized to reject machines or processes upon existence of unsatisfactory performance or evaluation; 7 Liaise with the various departments of the plant including the various global locations and support departments of Delfingen. 8 Coordinates directly with supplier and customer for quality-related matters 9 Monitor and Manage human and material resources to meet production needs

1.Cooperate with Sale manager to develop new seasonal product prototypes.2.Redesign work process to be more systematic to increase productivity and assure quality of product by minimizing defect and damage.3.Balance of raw material buffer stock, sunk cost, and time to deliver to optimize efficient outcome.4.Seek for new talent business partner in Asia for better deal.5.Collaborate with suppliers to research and trial other substances that increase quality of product. 6.Sale forecast and to refer to production plan to assure punctual delivery.7.Lead, Train, and Convince operating staffs to get everyone see the advantage of quality control and how to achieve that goal.8.Set up standard and flow process of procurement, warehouse, production, and shipping department including KPI to improve overall performance.9.Brainstorm with management team to find out the best consequence for company.10.Apply Lean Manufacturing Principle to create a tangible result.

1.Analyze current processes of production line to develop quality and amount of production.2.Cooperate with Quality Assurance Department to investigate a problem when there is quality issue.3. Setup quality control check points to be used for testing the product quality at each station in the production process4.Collaborate with Production Planning and Control Department to design a warehouse system for balancing between variety of raw materials and amount of production, also in-house supply system which will follow First In First Out Method.5.Adapt Kaizen theory to tangible situation by focusing on increasing productivity, saving cost, increasing safety, and maintaining environment.6.Synthesize related factors and analyze feasibility of new coming project, and prepare for possible outcome.7.Control production input and output to touch daily and monthly target.8.Consider unexpected problems and causes to prevent any losses in the future.9.Transfer interesting knowledge such as 5S Method, Total Productive Maintenance Method (TPM), Quality Control, Safety Standards, etc to other employees and subordinates for developing their hard and soft skills.
