Younglab, the Youth Council, is a dynamic organization consisting of university students operating under the umbrella of the ROBODER Association. Currently. As a team, we organize various events such as career programs, summits, and fairs, communicate with speakers, and arrange technical trips to acquire qualified engineering candidates. Throughout this process, my active participation within the Younglab membership and industry-focused activities have provided me with a unique perspective aligned with my future career goals. I am undertaking an exciting role within the Neutrino Research Group at Erciyes University. Here, I am actively involved in various scientific disciplines intersecting detector technology, calorimetry, and R&D. Specifically, I am focusing on challenging and advanced engineering efforts such as developing and optimizing circuit board designs for Photomultiplier Tubes (PMTs).

As an active representative of the Mechatronics Engineers Association at Erciyes University, I contribute to the development of students in the field of engineering by organizing various fairs, events, and technical programs. I take on a wide range of responsibilities, including project management, establishing connections with industry representatives, and strengthening the technical skills of the student community. These experiences provide continuous opportunities for improving my leadership and engineering skills.

I am part of the team initiated in 2018 by Teknofest, and this year, we are working based on the principle of 'Achieving the impossible and making a difference.' Our focus is on developing vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capability in a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Our project stands out from previous efforts in terms of design and features, and I am involved in the areas of R&D, electronics, and mechanics. I have gained significant experience in generating creative ideas and creating interactive concepts. My goal is to bring to life a UAV project that has not been realized before. Being part of this project helps me develop my engineering skills and leadership abilities. These experiences contribute significantly to my personal growth and make me a more competent professional.

I am involved in the management of the Mechatronics and Robotics Club, which is the club of the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Erciyes University. The club operates with the mission of turning theoretical education into practical experiences by organizing various conferences, training sessions, technical trips, and social activities for engineering faculty students. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to expand their knowledge and support their steps in this field by closely following developments in the industry.The club's activities enrich students' academic lives by providing them with both theoretical and practical knowledge, preparing them for the business world. These experiences have provided me with valuable perspectives and enhanced my ability to stay abreast of current developments in engineering. Additionally, it has strengthened my teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership competencies. Being involved in the Mechatronics and Robotics Club has been a significant step not only for my academic development but also for my personal and professional growth.

I was part of the preparation project team for the TÜBİTAK Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) competition within the scope of TEKNOFEST. During the 2022-2023 period, we developed a UAV in the rotary-wing category, and I undertook significant responsibilities in the design and analysis aspects of the project. This experience contributed to enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field of mechatronic engineering and improving my teamwork abilities.
