The Plaksha Tech Leaders Fellowship (TLF) is a one year, fully residential, post-graduate program to nurture leaders in technology. TLF interweaves Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) with real-world application, leadership and mentorship.

Volunteered at Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore. During this period, I focused on improvement of physical, mental and spiritual well-being intensive Yoga and Meditation.

Kaivalya Education Foundation/Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership is a change management organization working for quality education across 15 states at State, District and School level since 2008. Worked in Strategic Initiatives Group of the CEO as an internal consultant responsible for facilitating business management, supporting business development and creating strategies for business discontinuities.Business Management- Leading a team of 3 internal associate consultants to build problem solving & structured thinking skills and managed multiple govt. and internal projects for increasing reach of org from 3 to 12 statesBusiness Development- Worked on acquisition and strategy for the organization being an implementation partner of Prime Minister’s Aspirational Districts Program across 25 districts in 7 states to ensure increase in student learning outcomes- Developed the strategy for ‘SATH Track 2- Sustainable Action for Transforming Human Capital’ for transforming Education in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand in partnership with NITI Aayog (India’s central planning agency) to revamp government education leadership- Drafted proposal for development of first-of-its-kind ‘Education Leadership Institute’ to build leadership and technical expertise of govt. education officials which led to acquiring of 30 acres of land in Jaipur for the University. Business Discontinuity- Drafted strategies for fast track growth of organization for presentation to board members, partners and donors of KEF/PFEL- Assisted CEO as a brain storming partner in designing first-line organisational strategies and developing presentations for key government stakeholders, donor and board members

The Gandhi Fellowship is a 2 Year residential, professional program in Transformation Leadership working in government schools across India.Worked as a Consultant to Head Masters and Teachers in Churu, Rajasthan and improved Student Learning Outcomes by 20% across 5 schools Entrepreneurial Projects- Piloted Entrepreneurial venture “Lasuney” to sell home-made Chutneys to urban markets to generate additional source of income for rural women- Worked on the leadership skills of Headmasters of 5 government schools across Churu, Rajasthan through regular school visits, periodic workshops, creation of 5 strategic School Development Plans and streamlining school processes

Achieving targeted production, Quality control, application of 5'S and Kaizens in shop floor, Operating and programming KUKA, MOTOMAN, and NACHI welding robots, Manpower handling among others.
