Thank you for taking the time to get to know me better through my LinkedIn profile. This is Akarat or Geng, a Business Development Director at WeFlex Consulting; a Professional HR Consulting Firm to provide HR advisory in all areas. At WeFlex Consulting, We work "Together" with clients to provide flexible solutions to fit their needs. Our solution is "Practical" with in-depth "Professional" experiences to solve people's issues and improve business outcomes. We collaborate across the region with a strong network of various HR products and solutions. Even though I am holding a Master of Management focused in Marketing and Management from the College of Management, Mahidol University, with an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School under the ASEM DUO Fellowship Scholarship Program and a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in Marketing from Assumption University, but I am now working in as an HR Professional with almost 2 decades of working experience in various industries. I am passionate about "Learning and Development" to build and unleash people's potential as well as to seek better ways to do things. I strongly believe in a personality assessment which is Management Drives and DISC.
