Developed and implemented a Women's Stress and Anger Management group, and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Group. Korea

Served as a behavioral health liaison by conducting inital behavioral health reports of all new prisoners and coordinated appropriate care with outside behavioral health agencies. Oversaw over 100 psychoeducational stress and anger management classes. Maintained case management and provided emergent behavioral health care to over 200 prisoners. Assisted in the revision and implementation of prison behavioral health policies. Collaborated and orchestrated five quarterly medical treatment team meetings to ensure priosoners continued to recieve adequate medical and behavioral health care. Trained over seventy-five new employees on suicide prevention.

Supervised day to day operations of Behavioral Health Clinic for initial entry soldiers. Collaborated with external orginazations to ensure proper patient care and treatment. Conducted over 3500 triages and intakes, 450 stress management classes, 1700 relaxation (Bio Feed Back and Progressive Muscle Relaxation) sessions, and co-facilitated over 150 depression groups to service members under the supervision of a credentialed provider.
