I have worked with Bandhan Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank in the past, where I handled sales, customer relations, and disbursements for various products and services. I have developed skills in compliance, disbursements, and customer acquisition, which enable me to achieve the targets and goals of the organization. I am passionate about providing quality service and solutions to the customers, and empowering the branch managers and staff to deliver excellence. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the banking operations.
