* Managed accounting operations, accounting close, and reconciliations.* In control for Accruals management and Amortization of Prepayments with proper analysis on monthly basis.* In charge for the preparation of Vendor Tax returns and VAT working.* Accruals

• Recording of Bank Transactions, Bank Reconciliation, Prepaid, Accruals & other General Ledger (GL) Activities.• Regular calls with Regional controller’s and corporate heads to discuss on Financials, Variances & other activities.• Cash Accounting and Reconciliation of Bank accounts.• Reconciliation of Prepaid accounts and Sub ledger Reconciliations.• Performing Monthly Recurring and Insurance Amortization.• Performing revaluation and mass allocation during month end• Preparation of distributor reporting and uploading it to HFM.• Preparation of order and backlog reporting and uploading it to HFM.• General Ledger Accounting-Post Interface Entries and Manual Journals from Sub ledger like AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Revenue Accounting, and Intercompany, booking of manual entries like provisions/Accruals/other period Close activities.• Preparation and Consolidation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Reporting related to Cash Flow, Flux (Variance Analysis on All the accounts of Balance sheet and P&L.)• Review on BS Accounts and calls with Controllers before Month end.• Copy function of Corporate books data to Tax book and reconciliation of Corporate book VS the Tax book. • Validation Of AP documents and approving for final payment.
