MBA Graduate, specialized in Analytics and Marketing. Out of interest towards analytics, took up the responsibility of building an analytics based product from scratch as a Product manager for an early stage startup in Kerala Startup Mission. Successfully launched the first edition of the product in 5months.Then moved on to a fast growing startup in Bangalore, a retail analytics company which have a customer base of 400+ brands across 30 countries. As a solo contributor, enhanced the analytical based solutions to data driven insightful reports and dashboards. Created a new revenue stream by creating custom insights Dashboards and Builded Brand Knowledge Graph for the overview of brands performance, which became an integral part of the product. Over the 2 and half years there, created around 40 new reports and dashboards. Success of these reports led to the increase in team size from a solo contributor to a team of 4.For a global exposure, switched to PayPal through Altimetrik. Handled marketing analysis for PayPal consumer related marketing campaigns across 5 countries- UK, US, FR, GER & AUS. Identifying customer cohorts for the marketing campaigns. Micro level Analysis for campaigns & landing pages for effective customer targeting, performance & optimisation. Switched to an Insurance tech company, which has business across South East Asia. Currently leading the Agency reporting team. Completely automated many manually created reports and optimised the complete Agency reporting tech. Created a model to identify fraudulent agents, which reduced the business cost by 5%. Monitoring the performance of all products of company and Identifying the outliers and areas where needed an improvement and finding the solutions to optimise the system and reduce the dependencies.
