Implemented a clinical tested treatment paradigm that activates the cognitive control in the form of a web game. Also implemented a data analysis module to measure and model the effectiveness of the treatment

Worked under the guidance of Prof.K Sekar in the area of Bioinformatics. Contributed to the development of the Database titled DCCPS -Database for Chain-wise Classification of Protein Structures.This database classifies all the proteins structures present in the protein data bank based on the type(Homomers/Heteromers) and extent(Monomer,Dimer,etc.,) of oligomerization.

Built a sentiment predictor engine for tweets using Naive-Bayes Classifier. The training set was obtained using Twitter API and Apache flume. The raw twitter data was converted into training set using Hadoop Map Reduce Framework.
