Worked on Support services for CONA - (Coke One North America) as an SAP MM consultant. Worked primarily on high priority tickets and drove multiple P1 calls to closure. Worked on complex CHRs in SAP MM and WMWorked on batch management, Idoc monitoring, Handling Unit Management, Equipment management, etc.

 Acted as a Subject Matter Expert in a Warehouse Implementation Project with RF scanners integration with SAP ERP in South Africa where I was onsite in the warehouse, interacted with the clients to perform detailed requirement gathering, documented the flows using flowcharts for all the AS-IS and TO-BE processes as a lead Business Analyst, coordinated with offshore team in getting the test cases and helped business in preparing test scripts and run the tests. It also included reporting of defects and coordination with all the stakeholders to resolve the defects and setting up required hardware for the implementation. This project was chosen as a pilot project in implementing this model for the whole EAME region.  With evaluation and recommendation (referred below) received the authority to approve or reject business change requests for EAME region. Played the role of a mentor for new joiners and helped them building competencies. Conducted requirement gathering workshops, led and coordinated with various teams to ensure successful end to end delivery of projects.

Collect & analyze customer requirements on Business processes, data transfer mapping, and reporting requirements. Analysis of requirement and preparing Business impact and risk analysis.•Work closely with the Business Team and assist them in the analysis of the current process and future business objective and requirements and create AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.•Provide Support to client in SAP MM and SAP SD module via HPSM and Service NOW tools.•Handling various projects of client – Implementing Interface with SAP. Responsibility include preparation of Business Requirement specification, Solution Design Draft, Functional Requirement Specification, IST Test scripts preparation and testing validation, user training, UAT Test script preparation and coordination with business, post go-live hypercare support•Training key users and end users on any process requested in MM and SD modules, standard or client specific.•Specialized in intracompany and intercompany stock transport order process.•Involved in 1 end to end process in MM and SD
