THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION IS THE TEAM THAT BEST BLENDS AFFORDABILITY,CONSUMER APPEAL,AND DESIGN EXCELLENCE WITH OPTIMAL ENERGY PRODUCTION.1) SELECTED FROM MONTREAL-CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY ON BASIS OF GOOD PERFORMANCE AND KNOWLEDGE INTO RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEM.2) DESIGN A PHOTOVOLTAIC(PV) SYSTEM FOR HOUSE. 3) SPECIFIED THE SIZE OF HOUSE,PRESENTED DRAWINGS. THE PV PANEL,BATTERIES WITH APPROPRIATE CHOICE.4) DETAIL CALCULATIONS OF THE LOADS IN THE HOUSE.5)SPECIFIED THE SIZE AND MANUFACTURER OF THE DC/DC CONVERTER TO CONVERT THE SOLAR PANEL OUTPUT TO THAT OF THE BATTERY. 6) SPECIFY THE INVERTER SIZE AND MANUFACTURER.7) SPECIFIED THE CABLE LENGTH,SIZE AND MANUFACTURER. 8) MAKE REALISTIC ASSUMPTIONS OF BATTERY EFFICIENCIES,DC/DC CONVERTER EFFICIENCIES,CLOUDY DAYS,RAINY DAYS ETC.9) PRESENTED A DETAILED DRAWING TO WRITE UP THE ENTIRE SYSTEM,INCLUDES DETAILED CONNECTION DIAGRAMS WITH PIN NUMBERS.
