Working directly with Executive director of the Morris Canal CDC to improve business functions and overall development of the organisation. Responsibilities include monitoring fundamental operations and key aspects of the enterprise as well as all managerial functions.

Currently responsible for the website development project for the organization and implementing a revamping of the website infrastructure while working with developers and other project managers involved.

Responsible for finding potential authors to write and publish IT based titles with BPB Publications Division. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to contracting authors, feedback and revisions on any and all drafts etc.

I would like to thoroughly address this gap I had experienced from having to urgently and yet temporarily go back to India for my consular appointment to be approved as a permanent resident of the United States of America. Unfortunately, the process took much longer due to the recent unfortunate global pandemic which had halted consular operations everywhere. I had yet managed to keep working as much as I possibly could while also going through a period of personal crisis which specifically came from separation from loved ones, several lockdowns, uncertainty of not knowing when I would return and lastly coming into adulthood. The extended gap was about 3 years which was mainly prolonged due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was thankfully over for me in May of 2022 when I returned back home!I would say that while I would have certainly wished for things to go differently, there were critical lessons learned from various standpoints concerning growth, career, personal lifestyle, habits and priorities. This gap was incremental in my life and helped me realize not only who I was personally, but also how I wanted to step into adulthood transforming and shaping my personal, social, financial and essentially professional life.

Responsible for various levels of property management and sales by setting up personalized and localized meetings to showcase a Verity of properties as per the demands and needs of customers. Additionally, also part of the core team associated with the development of the business across many standards to help with evaluation of performance and profitability of the Business.

Responsibilities include continuously developing scope of improvement given the current margins and performance stats as well as creating expansion plan to increase business profitability and growth.

Responsibilities involved were to gather resources and supplies such as blankets, food cans, clothes for Interfaith in Rockville, MD and a few other non-profit charities for the homeless and the needy. Additional responsibilities involved were to do fundraising through separate streams and channels of support and expand network of sponsorships.
