Hi. Im Akash and i am from india. I completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Civil Engineering (B.E, Civil) in Anna university with first class and Distinction and did my post graduate diploma in Quantity surveying and Valuation in Annamalai university.I have 5+ years of experience in construction industry and handled mulitple projects with Civil, interiors and MEP packages.Currently im working as a Q.S & Billing Engineer in Ocean life-spaces india pvt ltd looking after C&I and MEP packages Capturing Work done measurements for billing,Timely bill preperation for client billing,certification of subcontractors bills, Rate analysis for Non tendered items, Material Reconsilation for overall packages, preparing of handing over documents, Coordinating with Architects, PMC's& clients for bill certifications and project related clearance,coordinating with project team and purchase team.These are the roles and responsibilities which I undertake in the current projects Im handling.
