•Performs administrative and/or technical duties in a learning capacity to support the Withholding Compliance Program. This allows the program to be consistent with the policies and procedures established for the section. This position requires the ability to work well with people, analytical skills, and adapt to changing priorities •Utilize personal computer to search for records to assist in the execution of the WSCS workloads. Assist in basic scoping and fact-checking. Input data for the Voluntary Disclosure Program. Programs to be used are Taxpayer Folder, Withholding at Source, and other compliance related programs.•Assist in review of income withholding documents. Compile schedules and spreadsheets to capture the data, and enter them into proprietary systems for use in compliance related activities•Develop, maintain, and share accurate information with the compliance staff members to assist in basic and statutory compliance audits and other related workloads using a personal computer, numerous proprietary systems, and other software (i.e. MS Word, and/or MS Excel)•Perform other related activities such as learning policies, procedures and techniques to assist the Audit, Compliance, and Education & Outreach Teams.•Operate office equipment including fax and copy machines to assist with staff workload. Moves/lifts blocks of returns to designated area (avg. 5-9 lbs.)
