I have working as a project lead at Reliance Milkbasket Patancheru,Hyderabad.Job Roles:Project related works installation of fixed assets works observing and follow-up the vendors to close the works on time.Reduce the electricity usage and D.G Fuel consumptions.Doing the assets audit of every 15 days and share the reports to central team.Preventive maintenance of cold rooms, Panels boards, stabilizer, earth pits, stacker, Hand pallet trucks, weighing machines and DG reports to be shared for every 1 month to Central team.Maintaining EB Power and DG consumption reports.All Assets inventory on daily basis and RCA for damage assets.Reduce the consumables cost and control the wastage of consumables.If any cold units and assets damage follow up the vendor to issue close on time.Maintaining hub cost trackers.Maintaining the petty cash expenses. As per Hub requirement.All Received assets and consumables G.R.N. Doing.Maintains the House keeping staff & Loaders observed the works on floor.Monthly service vendor invoices submitting to the accounts department.
