Akash Bhatia is a Managing Director & Senior Partner with BCG.He's the global leader of BCG's tech business (which includes hardware, software, services), and is part of the global leadership team of BCG's Technology, Media, and Telecom practice. His particular personal focus is enterprise software, where he leads BCG's Growth Tech business (essentially smaller software companies that are trying to scale).He's been in the enterprise software space for ~20 years, with a strong track record over the last ~10 years at BCG helping software companies across a number of topics including product portfolio, M&A due diligence, NRR growth and partner ecosystems. Akash has a history of leading the charge on disruptive topics in tech: Big Data (remember that?), IoT, Blockchain and most recently GenAI. He currently leads the Center for Disruptive Tech for the firm.In addition to consulting, Akash was an early employee of a VC funded enterprise software startup (now part of IBM). He started his career working at NASA working on the (then new) Netscape suite of products.
