Daily monitoring of Product & process FPY & internal customer issues. Initiating actions to improve FPY & PPM.2. Responsible for CAPA of the NC identified at both internal & external customers end, and Review the effectiveness of the actions.4. Kaizen identification, implementation & report making.5.
