-Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to warranty claims, providing clear and accurate information and guidance.-Efficiently process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.-Efficiently manage and resolve routine warranty claims/complaints for supplied products and spares.-Receive complaints from customers & and register in the SAP system.-Initiate and implement corrective actions including spare parts booking in SAP while monitoring the costs and recording them under X1 notification.-Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, quality control, and production, to identify and address customer concerns and resolve issues.-Investigations complaints to determine the root cause of warranty claims and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.-Follow-ups with various departments to complete the Spare Order up to dispatch within the time frame.-Provide timely and effective communication to customers regarding the status of their warranty claims, ensuring a positive customer experience.-Coordinate with suppliers to address defective components and implement corrective measures.-Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of resolution outcomes.
