 Requirements gathering for the project from client. Preparation and Publishing the Qc report  Solving the buyer’s queries related to procurement process. Referring the SES to AP, buyers and Vendor to update the Information related to SES Run and test the automation in SCM  Monitor vendor performance and evaluation.

• Order Processing for new purchases as well as renewal.• Working with procurement team as well as chain management parallel and insure delivery of products to the customer.• Manage and support all the activities such as RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders creation, Invoice verification and queries from user.• Support the procurement activity.• Responsible for taking Follow up with the team to make ensure PO dispatched and delivery of product.• Customer Interaction if necessary, Provide the request status on time to time.• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis and resolve customer issues.

• Communicating and coordinating with Supplier and operation team • Creating E-auction for CAPEX , IT and engineering related project. • Coordinating with engineering team and logistics. • Approving purchase order and purchase request • Manage and support all the activities such as RFQs, Purchase Requisitions • Import products according to international commercial terms
