As a senior quality engineer at Perfect Metal India, I work on heavy fabrication of bridge and tunnel formwork and permanent structures. With more than 5 years of experience in sheet metal and structural fabrication, I have developed expertise in ISO 9001:2015,quality inspection, quality management, and lean six sigma. I maintain and improve the quality standards and processes of the company, using tools such as RCA, 7QC, SPC, MSA, and Poka-yoke. I also conduct audits, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Navsahyadri Education Society's Group of Institutions Faculty of Engineering. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to the clients and stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
