 Working on National business development and strategy to add new streams of business to the company product line with the objective of taking the company towards the leadership position with a sound bottom line.  Liasoning with different departments to establish fungibility and create new processes around the new initiative.  Coordinating with the regulator to obtain clearance for the new initiative wherever required.  Launching the initiative and running the same nationally across all locations, stabilizing the processes and systems across the initiative before further hand over.  Managing all key initiatives on a group level and working on group synergies to augment the AMC business.  Closely working with key centers across locations to keep a pulse of the market and to understand the business requirements and opportunities.  Managing key events and spreading awareness across the region for the organization.  Currently managing projects on corporate salary and Dealer-Corporate relationships.  Did detailed survey and analytics on the opportunities, potential and possibilities before launching.  After pilot testing, created the structure and teams for a National roll out of the same.

 I was expected to distribute free POC milk samples and brief potential customers about the product.  It included identifying such buildings/localities where HNI customers would be available and then approaching the associations/retailers/owners
