Work Responsibilities:• Hands on experience in UK & Europe handling End to End Technical and Functional executive recruitment.• Working on Contract /Permanent positions for International UK& Europe Clients.• Sourcing the profiles from Company database, job portals like Monster UK & Europe, Professio.hu, cvonline and Networks like LinkedIn, Facebook and Xing and through vendor support.• Connecting the candidates to discuss about job opportunities, rapport building and employer branding.• Screening the candidates based on the mandatory skills specified by the client and the salary/daily rate criteria.• Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualification, experience and communication skills etc.• Doing head hunting for niche skills.• Regular interaction with Accounts Managers, stake holders, Project heads regarding the requirements • Looking after the final process from Interview till joining .• Involved in Compensation negotiation with the selected candidates.• Experience of using ATS (Applicant tracking system) and good knowledge about GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).• Knowledge about Visas of UK & Europe.-• Attending Technical, Communication, Motivational and Cultural training on weekly basis.• Documentation of candidates keeping GDPR guidelines in mind.• Guiding the team to close new positions within in the TAT
