Wind farm Operation & Maintenance :Mobility area:•Operation & Maintenance Engineer Of 175 MW (1.25mw*36+1.5mw*7+2.1mw*57 Turbines) Wind Farm; Up keeping the Generatibility i.e. Plant should be healthy to generate all the times.•Effective planing of preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.•Breakdown Analysis.•Strict discipline regarding Safety, 5S, ISO documentation.•Training and Guidance to buddies and contract workers to improve their efficiency.Job profile:•Operation and maintenance lead of 175 MW wind power plants which includes 100 Turbines of (1.25mw*36+1.5mw*7+2.1mw*57) and approx. 100Kms of 33KV Line Feeders.•Technical support & lead to maintenance team to maintain the wind farm in totality.•Responsible of MTTR, MTBF & MA & methods to improve them.•Maintaining quality of work by doing preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, quality Audits Internal & External Audits Etc...•Study of O&M Contracts & conversion into customer QA Plan.•Troubleshooting of wind turbine control system (Electrical & Mechanical).•Transformers, ACB, Overhead line & VCB Maintenance.•Implementation, Documentation, Safety & 5S.• To implement asset management activities within the framework of technical, quality, safety, health and environment standards.• To cultivate a favorable environment in the region so as to derive optimum productivity of the assets under operation.• Asset performance analysis - monitoring daily / weekly / monthly wind form performance.• Physical asset verification.• To insure assets have compliance to statutory requirements.• Technical Audit of the operational sites.• O&M, PM Contract management for the respective region.• Coordinate with O&M contractor and Contract labor.• Site level coordination for Breakdowns / HYPM / YPM related activities.• Follow up with the connected substations in case of grid breakdowns & to insure maximum grid availability for our assets.• Identify CSR initiatives at sites.• Develop and maintain relationship with local government agencies / bodies and utilities.• Liasoning with offices of nodal agencies, SEB, ERC, CEIG, MRT etc for complying with the pertinent requirements.• Joint reading along with EB Officials, JR prepration, submition, invoicing, follow ups & collection of payment.•Works on traceability System
