-Actively involved in technical discussions, RFQ followed by commercial discussions, negotiation & Vendor Finalization.- Support to identify & develop potential suppliers for New Projects within timeline.-Raising RFQ to local & global suppliers, Negotiate Price, Development activity & supply contracts including payment terms.-Resourcing/ Local Resourcing & VAVE programme to achieve cost Reduction targets. -Products or components development with Evaluated suppliers within timeframe. - Sample Submission on time, PO Releasing & Data Management as per ISO 9001:2015.-Support CFT to get Feasibility Report/PPAP lot done on stipulated timeframe. - Analysis of Vendor Performance, KPI & Purchase related all responsibilities. - Weekly APQP meetings with CFT to understand the development progresses & problems. - Monthly meetings with the Customers to update on APQP. -Material Planning, scheduling & ordering as per weekly & monthly MRP. -Inventory management & excess inventory controls as per ABC analysis. -Buyer Assessment & Vendor development support.

Role & Responsibilities :Working in GREEN FIELD Project of Sheet Metal FABRICATION.Planning and conducting audit of various quality parameters like process & product .Working knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing system (E.g. VSM, SMED, OEE. 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE).Knowledge and Implementation of ISO inline documentation (QAP, KPI, Customer Complaints and corrective actions, Measuring and monitoring equipment’s record).Preparation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents to establish process & product control.Monthly review of quality performance with CAPA and improvements.Implementing systems as 5S, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE for continuous improvement to decrease the PPM level, to increase customer satisfaction & to motivate employees to create an environment to promote innovations.Daily Analysis on Rejection & Rework by Red Bin Analysis with CFT Team.

 Ensure that the erection plan is followed as per the schedule. Controlling all aspects of the project including planning,execution , quality and resource mobilization. Good knowledge of material selection ,machining and fabricationprocess. Managed daily operations of field work activities and organizationsof subcontractors. Interpretation of drawings for tradesman. Bill of material creation and maintenance. Daily site work such as preparation for material approval, drawingchecking. Maintaining record , documentation of work and material at site. Taking corrective measures as per inspection reports andrecommendation.
