• End to end recruitment: Bulk Hiring, Sourcing, Staffing and on boarding candidates• Screening: short listing candidates sourced through various portals• Sourcing: Short listing the profiles sourced and Liaoning them to the respective hiring teamsADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparing reports on the no. of closures, internal movements and offer declined numbers to ensure the Flow of work to reach the aspire rates• Sending weekly, monthly and quarterly headcount and hiring report• Vendor Management: Coordinating with various manpower consultants to procure resources• Short-listing candidates for the interviews• Weekly co-ordination with the clients for the fresh and urgent requirements • Coordination with employee for employee references• Floor Drive, Vendor Drive for Bulk Hiring, Job Fairs• HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company Standards• Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections
